Slow Start...

We just had our SHOP opening this Sunday, 6 Mar 2005. It's quite slow coz we didn't make a hard-sell advert. Anyway, i think, everything will peak up in time.

Just finished chatting with my JOY, that's literal. I just can't broadcast our chat here. All i know, is , im retiring in bed now with so much "joy" in my heart. Thanks for the LOVE.

It's 12:09am... still with my future business partners. I'm really going to be an entrepreneur. I'm gonna be like HIM.

1st Sunday of 2005

1st Sunday was spent in the Church. Bro Daniel was a tear jerker, he played the SONG: Cats in the Cradle, while he asked me to project the LYRICS on our DLP projector using my Powerbook. Everybody was blood-eyed. They can feel the lyrics talking to them. It's all about how parents raised their kids. Usually parents toil so hard to provide the needs of their family, but in the process they forgot the most important thing ... it's the QUALITY TIME. Here is the lyrics:

I've long since retired and my son's moved away.
I called him up just the other day.

And as I hung up the phone, it occurred to me,
He'd grown up just like me.

I just ended one. And I hope to start a new good one. Hope everything will be OK this time.

LOVE, COURTSHIP and MARRIAGE

I wasn't able to make an entry yesterday, 'coz Sunday is quite a busy day. Whole day in the Church.

Yesterday, I officiated the General Assembly of the Kadiwa (organization of single brethren aged 18 and above). It was a fun-filled meeting. Of course the ever kilig topic about: LOVE, COURTSHIP and MARRIAGE.

The meeting has a very tickling title: "BAKIT SYA (why him, why her?". That's why it was well-attended. The meeting was highly interactive. The audience participation is very lively. The topic was provided by the Church Administration and it aims to teach and enlighthen the brethren in the proper courtship in accordance with the teachings of God.

Lesson Learned:
"There should only be 2 reasons why a man should court a woman: 1) love and 2) the intension of marrying her".

Yes. I am not kidding. This photo was taken on 11 September 2001 at my very first apartment here in HK. I miss this boy-next-door look. This picture has served me well. I have been using this as my yahoo profile pic for quite some time but finally, i decided to pull it out, coz most of the people who saw me in flesh nowadays cant help but say: "IKAW BA YUNG NASA PROFILE PIC SA YAHOO???!!!"

I don't exactly know what's in their mind. Maybe I look more mature now... or should I say... HK pollution level has hit me. Ooooops.. and yes... the hundred thousands of McDonald calorie intake over the 3-year period.
